DOCUMENTATION
TEN is an electric heating device in the form of a metal tube filled with a heat—conducting electrical insulator.
Delsot company produces electric heaters of the following types:
- Tubular electric heaters (TEN): made of black and stainless steel. These TEN can be used in water, oil, air (mobile, at least 6 m/s, and calm, foundry molds and molds.
Models: TEN-32, TEN-45, TEN-60, TEN-80, TEN-85, TEN-90, TEN-100, TEN-120, TEN-125, TEN-140, TEN-170, TEN-200, TEN-220, TEN-240, TEN-280, TEN-300, TEN-320. - Finned electric heaters (TENR): produced in various lengths, voltages and bending radius.
The diameter of the fins is 35 mm. They are used for incandescent air in industrial or household convectors, heaters and heat guns, less often for liquids.
Models: TENR-32, TENR-45, TENR-60, TENR-80, TENR-85, TENR-90, TENR-100, TENR-120, TENR-125, TENR-140, TENR-170, TENR-200. - Cartridge electric heaters (TENP): produced for incandescent molds, molds, dies, thermoplastics.
An important quality is their compactness. They are used with a voltage of 110 and 220 V.
Delsot company produces TENP of various lengths: 5, 8, 10, 12, 15, 16 and 20 mm. - Blocks of tubular electric heaters (TENB): available in various lengths and capacities. The number of TEN in the block varies (1 and 3).
They are used in water and oil. Made of black and stainless steel.
Models: TENB-1.6, TENB-3.15, TENB-4.5, TENB-6, TENB-9.45, TENB-12. - Blocks of tubular electric heaters (TENB) for strial machines: made of stainless steel.
